A multinational company outsourced business processes in the areas of Human Resources, Accounts Payable, Indirect
Procurement and Learning Services to a Big Six consulting company.

Acting in the role of Director, IS Architecture, I provided the following services:

· Established an IS Architecture / Solution Engineering team which successfully guided multiple projects.

· Managed the lifecycle of standards for platforms, tools and services (internal and external), including Web /
Application Servers, Workflow and Document Imaging, Databases and Data Access Methods, Enterprise PKI security
solution architecture, CRM system, Data Warehousing and Reporting, Web portals, localization and personalization
tools.

· Led customisation and introduction of project management (PMBOK) and solution delivery (RUP SDLC)
methodologies for the company.

· Provided Architectural guidance to project teams in development of solutions and resolution of problems.
