Systemcon is a consulting firm specialising in
Project Management, IT Risk Management, System Assurance, IT Controls,
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning. I, Slava Sukalsky,
PMP, CISA, am Systemcon´s founder and principal consultant.
Systemcon´s services are rooted in 20 + years of progressive experience, including director level roles at a Big Six consulting firm. In 2003 I established Systemcon to help clients implement new solutions and solve a wide variety of business and technological problems. I am a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); member of Project Management Institute (PMI), Disaster Recovery Institute (DRI International) and Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). My experience in IT technologies, Project Management and Risk Management allows me to bring a unique perspective to implementation of IT slutions, which results in much higher probability of success. Systemcon follows two fundamental principles: 1. Medicine must not be worse than the disease (i.e. risk alignment of methodologies and controls), and 2. Success belongs to the client-we are here only to help I am proud of our strong customer service attitude, methodical while pragmatic approach and ability to work with all levels of management. We gain confidence of clients by delivering results, accepting responsibility and sharing success. Our recent work on implementation of an Internal Controls function at a pension fund is a good example of a sensitive task, successfully completed by applying experience, positive attitude and transparent work methods.
