Start-up and rollout of a Healthcare Procurement company

In this engagement I performed multiple roles: IT Architect, Project Manager, Disaster Recovery & Business
Continuity Consultant.

Architected infrastructure and managed RFP for and ground-up implementation of the data centre for the new
organisation (ERM systems, voice / data networks, Citrix and Web portals, VoIP PBX, and Document Management
solutions).

Managed rollout of COHPA business services and systems interfaces to three hospitals;

Designed and implemented customer service portal;

Developed and implemented ITIL based operational processes and controls based on COBIT 4.1 (Change
Management, Incident and Problem Management, IT Service Desk).

Produced Enterprise Business Impact Analysis and implemented Pandemic Business Continuity Plan, Disaster
Recovery Plan;

Designed and implemented the Disaster Recovery data centre.
