Project Manager, Business Architecture Application (BAA) program, Reporting to the CIO, Division Americas.

The Program delivered Integrated Accounting Facility and Integrated Claims Facility with a common Operational
Data Store.

· Planned and managed production rollout of the three systems;

· Established Change Management and Problem Management processes for the projects and integrated them with the
Head Office processes in Zurich, Switzerland;

· Planned and managed implementation and support of multiple Test, Staging and Production environments;

· Negotiated requirements for post-production support processes for the new systems, calculated required capacity,
planned and managed its implementation.

As the result this complex project was completed on schedule with no Critical or High Priority outstanding defects
and the supporting organisation required two FTE’s less than originally planned.
